Building on our recent track record of breakthrough innovations to deliver recyclable packaging, Amcor is today announcing customer trials of the world’s first recyclable Polyethylene-based thermoform blister packaging, AmSky™.
Re-cycle ready:
Designed to be recycled in the PE stream, compliant with the EU Strategy for Plastics in a circular economy.
Moisture barrier:
Barrier capabilities to match a range of needs from low to high, and comparable to standard PVC materials.
Carbon Footprint reduction:
Up to 80% lower carbon footprint* when comparing Amcor AmSky™ PE blister lidding with incumbent PVC based solutions.

Growing design options:
A range of lidding materials from simple push through to Child Resistant Senior Friendly. Base webs and lidding available in translucent and white.
PVC-Free:
Elimination of PVC from the blister pack and elimination of PFAS with AmSky™ Ultra.
Registered printing:
Available on the lid foil to enhance marketing, safety and compliance information.
